Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I return or exchange an item?
Definitely! If you are not happy with your order or fit, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of shipment confirmation. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Customized and personalized orders are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned unless the item arrives damaged.
2. Once I have exchanged an item, can I return the new item?
Yes. You can return it within 1 month of shipment confirmation of the new order.
3. How and where do I send an item for return or exchange?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or using our Contact Us form, letting us know of your intent to return or exchange. Please note that shipping for returns and exchanges must be borne by the buyer.
4. When will I receive the refund for my returned item?
Please allow up to 10 business days (depending on your bank) after we have received your return.
