1. How long does it take to process an order?

Processing times for customized orders vary from 2 to 10 working days. Please check the product description for specific times. Regular items take 2 to 5 working days.

2. Can I return an item?

We are happy to refund provided your items are returned in original packaging within 7 days, folded neatly and unworn. If you need help deciding, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us to let us know of your return, and state your name clearly on the return item so that we make sure the money comes straight back to you!

3. What does placing a Pre Order mean?

A pre-order implies that your product will be shipped out 4 to 6 weeks after you purchase the pre-order option. Pre-order items are made to order only, and payments are captured upon purchase.

4. How and when do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued once we have received the items. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for refunds to show on your card/ bank.

5. I cannot find an item on the website, can I have something made just for me?

Definitely! Please use the contact us form to let us know what you have in mind and we will try our best to make it a reality.
